Memo Reflection

I had the Microsoft memo in the back of my head the whole time I was writing my own, not wanting to make a disaster like what that one was. I wanted to make it as clear and simple as possible without making it sound informal or adding so little it wouldn't make sense. I followed the outline we did in class and used what I remembered from my time at City College to address one of their most obvious issues. For the most part it is a beautiful school, depending on the building you walk into. I remembered what everyone there would say about the hallways and overall design and how it made them feel. Improving something as simple as that would have gone a long way during my time there.
The inside of the school needed a cosmetic update as much as anything else which was what prompted me to title the subject. I wanted to paint a picture of the issues at hand in order to better represent the solutions that I would provide later on. If the reader couldn't understand what the problem was the solutions don't really matter .

The solutions seemed simple enough to implement and was well within the schools resources, even utilizing the student body to help make it happen is an option.Ending with a way to save money seemed like a good enough result since most schools find ways to do that anyway and adds a final incentive for the whole school.
